This desk
Words we use
Platform copy. Loan-book terms (PAR, class, provision) are explained on the institution staff desk under Words we use.
- Institution
A BNR-licensed NDFSP on GurizaTrack — one isolated loan book.
The platform provisions the institution, licence, plan, and first administrator. Staff never say “house”. Borrower files stay inside that institution.
- NDFSP
Non-deposit taking financial service provider — the licence class BNR supervises here.
These institutions lend but do not take public deposits. GurizaTrack is built for that licence, not a full bank core.
- Operating mode
What the institution is allowed to do right now: full, collections only, or read only.
A lapsed licence typically moves the book to collections only — payments and daily close still run; new disbursements do not.
- Daily close
The institution’s end-of-day job (close of business) for one Africa/Kigali calendar date.
Last daily close on this dashboard is that institution’s latest completed close. Loan terms such as PAR 30+ and class live on the institution staff desk, not here — this portal does not show borrower PII.
- PAR 30+
On the institution desk: outstanding on loans 30 or more days late.
Platform health does not show PAR. Open the institution staff portal (Finance or administrator) → Reports or Dashboard. Words we use on that desk explains PAR, class, and days past due.
