Lowercase letters and dashes. Becomes /t/your-name. Treat it as permanent.
The name on the BNR licence.

Full lending is the usual start. You can change this later.
Africa/Kigali calendar day.
Empty keeps an open period. After this date staff collect, close the day, and report — new loans stop.
